  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Whisk together cocoa powder and maple syrup in a small bowl.
  2. Gradually whisk in the almond milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the chia seeds.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again, making sure to loosen any clumps of chia seeds at the bottom.
  5. Refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight. Enjoy!
