Caramelized Grilled Pineapple
This easy pineapple recipe has a buttery sugar and cinnamon coating that turns into a caramelized glaze on the grill. Every bite tastes like summer and it works great as a side dish or dessert.

- 1 pineapple (cut into rings or spears)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- salt to taste
Place cut pineapple in a large resealable plastic bag.
Whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Pour the mixture into the bag and shake to coat pineapple evenly.
Preheat the grill and grease lightly.
For rings, grill for 3 minutes per side. For spears, grill 4-5 minutes per side. It will turn golden brown when done.
Serve with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
