Method
- Place cut pineapple in a large resealable plastic bag.
- Whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt.
- Pour the mixture into the bag and shake to coat pineapple evenly.
- Preheat the grill and grease lightly.
- For rings, grill for 3 minutes per side. For spears, grill 4-5 minutes per side. It will turn golden brown when done.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
